He has garnered vast knowledge of Property and Revenue law in his practice of over 35 years. He specialises in Property, Family and Revenue matters. He started practicing in the Surat District Court in the year 1988 and regularly represents matters in the High Court of Gujarat. He is a Gold-Medalist in Criminal law. He is adept in several languages with Hindi, Gujarati and English language being his forte.

Purvika Bhandari
Senior Consultant
Purvika Bhandari is a Senior Legal Consultant and specializes in Tax and Corporate practice areas. She worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) for 3 years before joining Lexicon Legal in 2021. She advises clients on direct tax and indirect tax matters along with general corporate fields. She has a vast experience in the field of import and export controls and foreign trade laws, setting up and operating special economic zones and export-oriented units. She also provides assistance on intricate transactions including overseas business transactions, business model restructuring, employment-related taxes, and stock option schemes.

She graduated from V.T. Choksi Sarvajanik Law College with a law degree along with a diploma certificate in International Business Law and Corporate Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and since then has developed a strong proclivity for corporate law, revenue law and alternative dispute resolution processes including arbitration and mediation. Aditi Yagnik

Aditi Yagnik graduated with B.Com-LLB from VNSGU in 2019. In the same year she enrolled with the Bar Council of Gujarat and cleared the All India Bar Examination. Later she also completed her Master’s in Law with Specialisation in Criminology in 2022. With her education she has a deep knowledge of Civil Litigation, Mediation, Commercial Disputes, Matrimonial Disputes & Revenue Matters. Since her graduation she has been actively associated with her practice in the law through multiple internships with senior advocates. In her experience of Four years, she has practised intensively in District Courts as well as Revenue Courts of Gujarat, Family Court, Mediation Centres and Out-of-Court Settlements.
Shahzeb Khan

Shahzeb Khan graduated with B.B.A-LL.B from Auro university in 2020. The same year he enrolled with the Bar Council of Gujarat and cleared the All India Bar Examination. After that, he also achieved his Master’s in Law in 2022.
He has been actively engaged and associated with the law field and law practice through continuous internships to gain ample amount of hands-on experience. With his education in the industry, he has expert knowledge and understanding of the commercial fiduciary cases of companies as well as individuals from the prosecution as well as the defence. He also handles cases related to Civil Litigation, Commercial Disputes, Revenue Matters, and Family disputes. Negotiable Instruments Act/Cheque Bouncing, Criminal and Civil Recovery Cases,Mediation and Settlement of financial cases along with Consumer Dispute Cases.
Nitin Sampath Kumar

Nitin Sampath Kumar is a Jr. Associate based out of Surat office of Lexicon Legal and is a part of the corporate and litigation team of the firm. Nitin has completed his graduation in Legal Studies (B.A LL.B (Hons). from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and Has enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and has cleared the All India Bar Examination in the year 2020.
